250ml (9fl oz) fresh fish stock
1 pack Sacla’ fresh Cherry Tomato & Chilli Pasta Sauce
100g (4oz) each brown and white
crab meat
350g (12oz) salmon fillet, cut into chunks
400g (14oz) raw king prawns
2tbsp Sacla’ fresh Chilli Pesto
6tbsp chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
lemon wedges, crostini and Sacla’
fresh Chilli Pesto, to serve
Put the stock and the Sacla’ pasta sauce
into a large saucepan. Bring to the boil,
simmer and season with black pepper. If
it’s too thin, bubble for a few minutes
to thicken slightly. Stir in the brown crab meat.
Turn down to low; add the salmon, prawns
and white crab meat. Simmer for 5 minutes
or until the fish is cooked. Stir in the Chilli
Pesto and parsley. Serve with lemon
wedges, and crostini topped with pesto. The new Sacla’ chilled range
