1 jar of Sacla' Sun Dried Tomatoes 1 bag of rocket leaves mozzarella balls pine nuts extra virgin olive oil (if you desire) 2 bagels 1 jar of Sacla' Classic Pesto
Split the bag of rocket between two plates Throw on the mozzarella balls Use as many of the Sacla' Sun Dried Tomatoes as you wish (either slice them or keep them whole) Sprinkle on some pine nuts Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil over the top Lightly toast the bagels & spread on some Sacla' Classic Pesto
