1 large pizza base (12-14in) or 2 smaller ones 1 large courgette 2 tsp of extra virgin olive oil 190g jar of Sacla' Sun-Dried Tomato and Garlic Stir Through sauce 1 tbsp fresh marjoram 1 small tin of tuna 100g of Mozzarella, sliced sea salt & freshly ground black pepper
Preheat your oven according to the pizza maker's instructions. Slice the courgette lengthways using a vegetable peeler to make the long thin ribbons you need.
Season with pepper and toss them lightly in olive oil.
Now mix the Sacla' Sun-Dried Tomato and Garlic sauce with the marjoram and spread it out over the pizza base. Arrange the tuna and courgette strips pleasingly on top, dot with Mozzarella and season well. Now bake your pizza in the oven for ten to twelve minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown. Those pizza delivery boys won't be seeing you for a while.
