100g spinach
handful pine nuts
2 tbsp Sacla' Classic Pesto
Preheat the oven according to the pizza base instructions.
Smear the top of the pizza with the pesto
Scatter over the spinach and pine nuts.
Cook according to the pizza base instructions.
For those of you who like egg on your pizza (not for everyone) this is the perfect pizza for it.
Crack an egg in the middle of the pizza about 7-8 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Yummy runny yolks.
