450g spaghetti
extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
190g jar Sacla’ Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto
salt & freshly ground black pepper
(Optional additions)
1 heaped tblsp roughly chopped fresh oregano leaves
50g small Parmesan shavings
You can have this simple supper on the table in under 15 minutes, ready to fill the family and a hit with even the fussiest eaters..
Put a large pan of salted water on to boil for the pasta and cook the spaghetti according to the packet instructions.
Once cooked, drain the spaghetti in a colander. Return to the saucepan, spoon over the jar of pesto, lightly toss and season. Drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil and serve straightaway.
If using, scatter over the oregano leaves and shower generously with Parmesan. It's that simple, enjoy.
