400g dried spaghetti (or any pasta)
70g bag rocket, roughly torn
190g jar of Sacla’ Classic Basil Pesto
250g king prawns (cooked and peeled)
Squeeze of lemon juice
Cook your pasta according to the packet instructions, until al dente.
Meanwhile roughly chop or tear the rocket.
When the pasta is ready, drain and return it to the pan. Spoon in the jar of Basil Pesto mix well and then toss in the prawns, rocket and lemon juice. Heat through for 1 minute then divide among four bowls and serve immediately
