400g Spaghetti
4 rashers streaky bacon
2 courgettes
200g cherry tomatoes, halved
4 tbsp Sacla' Classic Pesto
2 tbsp olive oil
grated parmesan to serve
Cook the Spaghetti according to packet instructions or until al dente.
Meanwhile slice the courgettes and bacon.
Fry the bacon in a pan for about 5 minutes or until starting to crisp.
Add the courgettes and tomatoes for a further 2-3 minutes or until softened.
Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain and add to the bacon and vegetables.
Stir in the pesto until warmed through and serve garnished with parmesan.
