One jar Artichoke Antipasti Ciabatta bread Garlic - several cloves Salt Pepper Olive Oil
Slice ciabatta bread into thick slices Toast under grill, in oven, or if the rain holds off long enough, on the barbecue Peel garlic and rub over cooked bread Add salt, pepper and drizzle with olive oil Add Artichoke Antipasti and return to grill, oven or barbecue for a few minutes Serve
