1 jar Sacla` char-grilled peppers
150g of stale focaccia diced
200g of gherkins cubed
5 ripened tomatoes, peeled
6 anchovy fillets
12 black olives
For the dressing:
extra virgin olive oil
balsamic vinegar
basil
25g pine kernels
salt and pepper
Put the focaccia in a bowl together with the Sacla` char-grilled peppers and the other previoulsy prepared ingredients.
Make a dressing with the extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, add it to the salad and let it stand for 30 min. to allow flavour to penetrate.
Before serving add the freshly toasted pine kernels and the basil leaves.
