1 jar Sacla' Sun-Dried Tomatoes 250g chicken cut into small cubes 100g dry white wine 50g white wine vinegar 1 red onion flour oil salt
Brown onion in oil, vinegar and 50g of white wine, add floured chicken pieces and cook for 5 minutes adding remaining white wine. Place the chicken pieces, onion and Sacla` sun-dried tomatoes in a bowl and serve at room temperature.
