300g Spaghetti
1 x pack premium pork sausages
1 x tub Sacla' Tomato & Mascarpone pasta sauce
1 x tub Sacla' Garlic & Herb Pangrattato
Remove the sausage meat from the skins and brown in a pan with a little olive oil. Allow to cook until the meat is sweet and sticky. Add a tub of Sacla' Tomato & Mascarpone sauce and warm gently until it bubbles.
Cook the spaghetti according to the pack instructions. Drain and add to the meaty sauce.
Transfer into a large serving dish and sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and a shower of Sacla' Garlic & Herb Pangrattato. This one's a real family favourite. Enjoy with lots of gusto and slurping!
