2 punnets baby tomatoes 2 large cloves garlic, chopped 80g Sacla' Classic Pesto or Organic Green Pesto 1 jar Sacla' Peperonata Antipasti salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, Gas Mark 6. Halve the baby tomatoes and spread them out evenly in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle over the garlic, a pinch of salt and a good grind of black pepper. Spoon the Sacla' Pesto and Peperonata over the tomatoes and work them in well around the tomatoes. Place in the oven uncovered and roast for 25-30 minutes or until the tomatoes are cooked. Spoon the vegetables into a warmed serving dish and scatter over some basil leaves to garnish.
