Peperonata Antipasti
Ingredients

400g can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
290g jar of Sacla' Peperonata (available from Waitrose or the Sacla' online shop)
the juice of 1 lemon
2 garlic cloves, chopped
a pinch of chilli powder

Instructions

How easy is homemade houmous?

Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blitz.

Taste, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and hit the button for another ten seconds.

Spoon the houmous into a grateful bowl and serve with warm bread or cool crisp vegetable sticks.

Its also great with salad or as a sandwich filling - and it really is this easy.
