4 pieces of wrap bread 220g of cooked jumbo king prawns bag of rocket mayonnaise a jar of Sacla' Sun Dried Tomato Pesto
Mix 2 tablespoons of Sacla' Sun Dried Tomato Pesto with 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise (use extra light if you are calorie counting). Divide this mixture between the four wraps and spread over evenly. Divide the bag of rocket and the prawns between the wraps, season with a little salt and ground black pepper, roll up and cut in half and serve (with a smile and a glass of vino!)
