1 jar Sacla` wild mushrooms
200g blanched new potatoes
60g smoked bacon cut into thin slices
1 garlic clove
2 rosemary leaves
1 tablespoon mustard
2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
Spread the potatoes with mustard (or even Classic Pesto) and wrap each blanched potato in a slice of bacon, then brown in hot oil for a couple of minutes.
Place the potatoes onto a large square of foil and scatter over the drained Sacla' Wild Mushrooms, garlic, rosemary and season to taste.
Close the foil and cook in oven at 200°C for 10 min.
