Posh pesto cheese on toast Recipes

Cooking Time: Up to 15 mins
Serves: 1   

Ingredients

2 slices Fresh crusty bread
50g grated Mozzarella cheese
1 x jar Sacla' Classic Basil Pesto

Instructions

Dollop a tsp of pesto onto each slice of bread and spread thinly

Sprinkle over the mozzarella cheese

Pop under the grill for a few minutes until the cheese has melted and is bubbling and the bread is toasted.
