1 ready made pizza base
2-3 tablespoons Sacla' Sun Dried Tomato Paste
1 portobello mushroom
2 slices of ham
1/4 jar Sacla' Artichokes
1/4 red pepper
75g grated Buffalo mozzarella (about 1/2 a small pack)
Cover pizza base with the Sacla' sun dried tomato paste. Slice the portobello mushroom, ham and red pepper and scatter over the pizza. Place on the Sacla' Artichokes. Sprinkle the mozzarella over the pizza. Place directly on top shelf of oven at 220°C for 10 to 12 minutes. Cut into 6 slices. Enjoy.
