Pack of 4 ciabatta rolls
2 beef tomatoes, sliced
150g mozzarella, cut into slices
1 x 190g jar Sacla' Classic Basil Pesto
Warm the ciabatta rolls in the oven for a few minutes, slice in half and spread a generous dollop of Sacla' Pesto onto each side. Pile the sliced tomatoes and mozzarella on top and enjoy! This recipe is equally delicious with Sacla' Sun-dried Tomato Pesto or our Fiery Chilli Pesto.
