Pesto Mayonnaise Dip Recipes

Cooking Time: Up to 15 mins
Serves: 4   

Ingredients

2 tbsp of Sacla' Classic Pesto or Organic Green Pesto
2 tbsp of mayonnaise
2 tbsp of black olives, pitted and roughly chopped
juice and 1/2 lemon*
a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

Gently fold the Pesto into the mayonnaise for a super speedy Pesto Mayonnaise.

Now add the chopped olives and lemon juice and finish with a drizzle of olive oil on the top.

Spoon your mayonnaise into a bowl and keep it in the fridge until you can bring yourself to share such a heavenly dip with anyone else.

*Tip: Perfect for dipping crisps and grissini but why stop there? Spread into a ciabatta sandwich and pile on a grilled chicken breast for a super supper or serve alongisde barbecued meat for added wow.
