Classic Basil PestoOrganic Basil PestoSun-Dried Tomato PestoFiery Chilli Pesto
Ingredients

2 large Maris Piper potatoes
Knob of butter
Splash of milk
2-3 tsp Sacla' Classic Basil Pesto

Instructions

Cook, drain and mash your potatoes as normal. Then for a glorious finish add a few tsps of Sacla' Classic Basil Pesto. This is wonderful served alongside chicken breasts or salmon fillets and works equally well with Sacla' Sun-dried Tomato Pesto or even Fiery Chilli Pesto. Tuck in!
