Penne with Tuna & Olives

Italian Tomato & Olive Sauce
Ingredients

400 penne (or any pasta)
200g canned tuna in olive oil, drained
1 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, chopped
zest of 1 lemon
2 x 190g jars Sacla' Italian Tomato & Olive Stir Through

Instructions

Put a pan of salted water on to boil for the pasta and cook the penne according to the pack instructions.

Meanwhile, heat the Stir Through sauce in a pan over a low heat. Add the tuna, broken into large chunks, and very carefully stir so as not to break up the tuna too much. Season to taste.

Drain the pasta and divide it between warm pasta plates. Spoon the sauce over the pasta. Spruce up each serving wiht a sprinkling of parsley and lemon zest. Simply delicious!
