400g Sacla' Penne Giganti Pasta
275g cherry tomatoes
190g jar of Sacla’ Classic Basil Pesto
4tbsp ricotta cheese
Handful fresh basil, roughly torn
Cook your pasta according to the packet instructions, until al dente.
Meanwhile, slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
When the pasta is ready, drain and return to the pan. Empty in the whole jar of Basil Pesto, season with a little black pepper and mix well. Stir through the tomatoes and divide among four bowls. Top each with a dollop of ricotta and some fresh basil and serve immediately.
