1 large pizza base (12-14in) or 2 smaller ones
1 clove of garlic, chopped
1 small green chilli, sliced
1 medium red pepper, sliced
2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
100g of cooked chicken breast, cut into strips
2 tbsp of Sacla' Organic Tomato Pesto
1 tbsp of flat-leaf parsley, chopped
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
100g of mozzarrella
Preheat the oven according to the pizza base makers' instructions.
Fry the garlic, green chilli and red pepper in the oil until softened, stirring all the time.
Add the chicken, season to taste, and continue to heat gently so that each of the ingredients surrender it's flavours.
Now spread the Sacla' Organic Tomato Pesto liberally over the pizza base before tipping the warm chicken, chilli, peppers and mozzarrella onto it.
Bake in the oven for ten to twelve minutes then scatter with parsley and serve.
Poor old takeaway pizza will never taste this good, no matter how hard it tries.
