Ready-made pizza base
8-10 slices of fresh goats cheese
2 tablespoons of pine nuts
1 jar of Sacla' Sun-dried Tomatoes
14 small black olives
Olive oil
Parmesan cheese
1 jar of Sacla' Organic Green Pesto
Brush the pizza base with some of the olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
Spread the Sacla' Organic Green Pesto over the dough, then crumble the goat cheese over the pizza
Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into around 12 pieces
Dot on the tomatoes, olives and the pine nuts
Sprinkle liberally with grated parmesan cheese
Bake the pizza in a preheated 425°F oven for 8-10 minutes or until sizzling
