Olive & Tomato Sauce
Ingredients

125g (4½oz) tenderstem broccoli tips
50g can anchovies in olive oil, drained
1 pack Sacla’ Olive & Tomato Intense Sauce
250g pack Sacla’ fresh Orecchiette Pasta
extra virgin olive oil and freshly grated Parmesan, to serve

Instructions

Slice the broccoli stems. Put a large pan of salted water on to

boil for the pasta and a smaller one for the broccoli. Blanch the

broccoli for 1 minute then refresh under cold running water.

Heat a sauté pan and add the anchovies. Keep the heat gentle

and stir until they “dissolve”. Add the Sacla’ Olive and Tomato

Intense Sauce and simmer gently while you cook the orecchiette

for 7 to 8 minutes. drain the pasta and add to the sauce with the

broccoli. Stir well then serve with a drizzle of oil and Parmesan.
