250g firm mushrooms Sacla' Pesto (any flavour) Humous 4 wholemeal or white pitta breads Olive Oil 3 cloves of garlic
Wipe and thickly slice the mushrooms, fry in 1 - 2 tablespoons olive oil Toast pitta breads and split open Spread one side of pitta with pesto and other side with a thick layer of humous When mushrooms are cooked and golden, add crushed or chopped garlic and stir through, cook for a further minute
Pile into pitta breads and serve immediately To barbeque: mushrooms can be marinated in olive oil and chopped garlic, then placed on skewer.
