Mozzarella, Tomato and Pesto sandwich
Serves: 2, On the table in: Up to 15 Minutes
Ingredients
- 1 fresh baguette
- 1 x ball of Mozzarella, torn into bitesize pieces
- 2 large tomatoes sliced
- 2 tsp Sacla' Classic Basil Pesto or Sacla' Fresh Classic Basil Pesto
- Fresh Basil Leaves to garnish
- Olive oil

Instructions
Cut the baguette in half and slice through.
Lay the tomatoes and Mozzarella on top and spoon over the Sacla' Pesto.
Scatter with fresh basil leaves and a little olive oil.
Cut into wedges and serve for lunch in the graden with a crisp salad. Buonissimo!
Pop under the grill for a few minutes for added mmmmmmm!
