1 fresh baguette
1 x ball of Mozzarella, torn into bitesize pieces
2 large tomatoes sliced
2 tsp Sacla' Classic Basil Pesto or Sacla' Fresh Classic Basil Pesto
Fresh Basil Leaves to garnish
Olive oil
Cut the baguette in half and slice through.
Lay the tomatoes and Mozzarella on top and spoon over the Sacla' Pesto.
Scatter with fresh basil leaves and a little olive oil.
Cut into wedges and serve for lunch in the graden with a crisp salad. Buonissimo!
Pop under the grill for a few minutes for added mmmmmmm!
