Intensely Italian Classic Basil Pesto
Ingredients

Mini mozzarella balls (approx 10-12) - we like Garofalo Bocconcini
1 x pack Sacla' fresh Classic Basil Pesto
Basil leaves to garnish
Drizzle of olive oil

Instructions

Use a knife to cut a hole in the top of each mozzarella ball and scoopy out the middle. Fill with a tsp of pesto and pop the mozzarella hat back on the top. Arrange on a plate, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh basil leaves. Perfect for serving to your guests before they sit down to eat. Hey Pesto!
