1 jar Sacla' Mixed Beans with Mushrooms Antipasto, drained 1 onion, sliced 3 garlic cloves, crushed 1 tbsp olive oil handful thyme leaves 100g / 4oz breadcrumbs 50g / 2oz cheddar cheese, grated 5 tbsp creme fraiche 1 tin Cannelini Beans, drained 1 tin Chick Peas, drained
In a pan fry the onion for about 5 minutes, or until soft. Stir in the garlic, and cook for a further minute. Add the Sacla' Mixed Beans, chick peas, canellini beans, creme fraiche, and some of the thyme, sprinkle with salt and pepper and stir until all warmed through. Mix together the breadcrumbs, cheese, and the rest of the thyme. Pour the earlier mixture into a baking dish and cover with the breadcrumbs mix. Grill under a high heat until the top is golden brown.
