Fresh Penne with Pesto

Ingredients

  • 450g Penne
  • 190g Sacla’ Char-Grilled Aubergine Pesto
  • Shavings of Parmesan, to serve
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

Method

  1. In a large pan of boiling, salted water, cook the pasta to your liking
  2. Drain the pasta and return to the pan, stirring in the Sacla’ Pesto
  3. To serve, scatter over the Parmesan shavings and season
