Put the potatoes in a pan of cold, salted water. Bring to the boil, then reduce down to a simmer and cook for 10-12 minutes until tender, depending on their size.
Drain in a colander, transfer to a warm serving bowl and lightly season. Spoon over the Pesto, lightly shake the bowl to coat the potatoes and serve whilst hot.
