2 soft flour tortillas
4 tbsp of mayonnaise
2 tbsp of Sacla' green pesto
1 buffalo mozzarella (thinly sliced)
2 large ripe tomatoes (thinly sliced)
fresh basil leaves
freshly ground black pepper
Mix the mayonnaise and pesto and spread over the tortillas.
Place the mozzarella and tomatoes over the tortilla. Sprinkle with basil leaves and add a grind of black pepper. Roll up tightly and cut each tortilla into four. Serve immediately.
