Italian Baked Beans on Garlicky Ciabatta

Spicy Tomato & Pepper Stir-in
Ingredients

1 can cannellini beans, drained, rinsed and dried
1 jar Sacla' Spicy Pepper & Tomato Stir Though
150ml water
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
4 slices ciabatta
extra virgin olive oil
salt

Instructions

Tip the beans into a small saucepan with the Sacla' Spicy Pepper & Tomato sauce, the water and half the garlic. Simmer on a very low heat for 10 minutes, stirring now and then.

When the beans are nearly ready, lightly grill the ciabatta on both sides, then smear with the rest of the garlic, drizzle over some olive oil and season with salt. Lay on warm plates, pour over the beans and serve piping hot.
