Hot Jackets with Spicy Beans and Coriander Sour Cream Recipes

Ingredients

Sacla' Coriander Pesto
Baking potatoes
Some spicy baked beans
Sour cream
Butter

Instructions

Bake your potatoes in the oven for one hour until soft inside.

Once cooked, cut down the middle, add some butter.

Heat the spicy beans and pour over the top of your potatoes.

Mix a small tub of sour cream with 2 teaspoons of Coriander Pesto and spoon over the top of the beans. Delicious!

Top with fresh coriander if you wish.
