Slow-Cooked Beef in Barolo


  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 300g Beef, chunks
  • 1/2 190g jar Sacla’ Barolo


  1. Heat oil in a pan and brown the beef chunks
  2. Add Sacla’ Sauce and some water, stir and slow cook until tender
