Potato Gratinata

  • 8 large Potatoes, King Edward or Maris Piper
  • 350g jar Sacla’ Free From - Besciamella Sauce
  • 100g Parmesan, grated


  1. Preheat oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas mark 5
  2. Slice potatoes very finely
  3. Bring a pan of water to the boil and cook sliced potatoes for 1 minute
  4. Remove with a slotted spoon and place in a wide, shallow ovenproof dish to approximately 5cm in depth
  5. Pour over Sacla’ Sauce and scatter over Parmesan
  6. Bake for 30 minutes until potatoes are soft and browned
