1 jar of Sacla`Sun-Dried Tomato Antipasti 1 aubergine 6 thin slices of toasted bread 2 fresh tomatoes 2-3 small basil branches 1 teaspoon of oregano 2 garlic cloves 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil salt and pepper
Cut garlic into small slices, add oil, basil, oregano, salt and pepper and leave to steep for half an hour. Place a slice of bread on a dish, sprinkle it with some drops of the oil that has been left to steep and put 3 slices of fresh tomato, 1 slice grilled aubergine, and some pieces of Sacla' Sun-Dried Tomato on it. Cover with another slice of bread and repeat until all bread and vegetables are used. Complete with tomatoes and aubergines and sprinkle with some drops of the oil that has been left to steep.
