6 large portobello mushrooms 4 tbsp Sacla' Classic Pesto 2 limes, juiced olive oil 100g gorgonzola, crumbled 2 cloves of garlic
Heat the BBQ or a grill pan. Place the lime juice, olive oil, chopped garlic and pesto in a bowl and mix together to make a marinade. Score a criss-cross pattern in the mushrooms and toss with the marinade. Leave for 10 minutes. Grill the mushrooms for 2-3 minutes and then sprinkle over the cheese. Serve with a little extra pesto marinade drizzled over the top.
