1 jar Sacla`wild mushroom antipasti
250g rocket
toasted bread in small pieces
1 lemon rind
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
Pour Sacla` wild mushrooms onto a dish, add rocket, small pieces of toasted bread and lemon rind cut into thin strips.
Season with oil, salt and pepper and serve.
