200g farfalle pasta 1 jar Sacla' char-grilled peppers, drained 100g frozen peas 100g goat's cheese 1 lemon zest 2 tbsp olive oil
Cook the pasta according to packet instructions. About 3 minutes before the pasta is ready add the peas to cook through. Once cooked and drained, on a low heat, stir in the lemon zest, peppers and goat's cheese. Add some olive oil and continue to heat until the cheese begins to melt. Serve with a fresh, green salad.
