200g of fusilli
1/2 a jar of Sacla' Roasted Red Pepper Pesto
75g of canned tuna in olive oil, drained
1/2 tsp of dried herbs
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
freshly grated Grana Padano, to serve
selection of fresh herbs
Bring a large pan of water to the boil, add the fusilli and cook until its still firm and not too soft.
Meanwhile, using a fork, mash the Sacla' Roasted Red Pepper Pesto with the tuna and herbs.
Drain the pasta and add the Pesto and tuna to the pasta, mixing thoroughly.
Season to taste and serve sprinkled with fresh herbs and shavings of Grana Padano cheese.
Its really delicious, and no one needs to know it only takes minutes to make.
