1 fresh thin baguette
olive oil
Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6.
Using a bread knife, slice the baguette thinly at a slight angle and place on two baking sheets, covered with silicone paper.
Lightly brush each baguette slice on both sides with olive oil. Bake in the oven for five to six minutes, no more. They should be just starting to go golden around the edges, and still be soft in the middle.
Remove to a wire rack to cool for 10 minutes.
