1 Small Tub of Creme Fraiche 1 Jar of Sacla' Coriander Pesto Some Good Quality Cooked Prawns Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce Coriander Leaves to Garnish
Make Crostini as per our recipe. Dollop a teaspoon of creme fraiche onto one side of each Crostini. Remove as much oil (as possible) from the top of the jar of Sacla' Coriander Pesto and stir contents. Then place a teaspoonful of the pesto to the side of the creme fraiche. Add a prawn to the middle, standing up if possible, and drizzle over a very small amount of sweet chilli sauce. Garnish with half a coriander leaf.
