8oz of pasta shapes 14oz can of butter beans 3 tbsp of Sacla' Classic Pesto 2 tbsp of olive oil 1/4 pint of single cream 1/4 tsp of fresh nutmeg ground black pepper to taste 3 tbsp of pine nuts 3oz of grated cheese to top
Boil the pasta until just soft. Drain pasta and return to pan adding olive oil and nutmeg, stir well. Heat the beans in another saucepan with the pesto and cream, stirring until it begins to simmer. Toss the beans and pesto mix into the pasta, until well combined. Serve in bowls topped with pine nuts and grated cheese.
