1 x tin Borlotti beans- drained
50g Mozzarella cubes or chunks
1 x pack fresh Sacla' Classic Basil Pesto
Fresh basil leaves
1 x tub Sacla' Garlic & Herb Pangrattato
Add the Borlotti beans and Mozzarella chunks to a bowl with 2 tbsp of Sacla' fresh Classic Basil Pesto and mix well. Garnish with fresh torn basil leaves, a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of Sacla' Garlic and Herb Pangrattato. Perfect for lunch or a light snack. Buon Appetito!
