BBQ Traffic Light Kebabs

Classic Basil PestoOrganic Basil PestoSun-Dried Tomato Antipasti
Ingredients

Chicken breast or Halloumi (3cm chunks)
Red pepper
Sun gold tomatoes or yellow pepper
Courgette
1 jar of Sacla' Classic Pesto
1 jar of Sacla' Sun Dried Tomatoes
Olive oil
Pepper
Barbecue skewers (soak in water if wooden)

Instructions

Coat the chicken pieces / halloumi chunks in the Sacla' Pesto.

Chop the vegetables into 2cm cubes (leave the tomatoes whole).

Load the kebab skewers, start with red pepper, yellow tomato / pepper and then courgette (red, amber, green!) then a sundried tomato either side of the chicken / halloumi and repeat.

Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with pepper.

Cook on the barbecue until the chicken is fully cooked or the halloumi has softened.

Great loaded into a pitta with some salad leaves.
