3 tbsps dry white wine or dry cider 6 tbsps soy sauce 2 large cloves garlic, chopped 3 tbsp Sacla' Sun-Dried Tomato Paste 1 tsp English mustard powder 2 tbsps soft brown sugar a few drops tabasco sauce freshly ground black pepper
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together thoroughly. Leave covered in cling film in the fridge to develop the flavours for at least two hours, longer if posssible. To use empty half the BBQ sauce into a mug to start with and coat the meat liberally on all sides. Any left over marinade that has not been in contact with raw foods can be put into a screw top jar and kept in the fridge for up to two weeks.
