Sacla' Pesto sauce
Pack of Halloumi cheese
Baby plum tomatoes
1 courgette
A packet of shallots
A few mushrooms
An orange or yellow pepper
Skewers
Pitta bread
Salad
Soak wooden skewers in warm water
Prepare vegetables and Halloumi cheese into cube sized chunks
Thread vegetables and Halloumi cheese onto skewers in alternate order
Brush the vegetables and cheese on each skewer with Sacla' Pesto sauce
Grill on the barbecue for 10-15 mins turning regularly
Serve with warm pitta bread and salad
