Chicken Breasts (sliced) Head of Broccoli Red Pepper Jar of Sacla' Green Pesto Sugar Snap Peas Tagliatelle Pasta Salt and Pepper
Start by cooking the chicken breasts over the bbq Whilst these are cooking, boil the pasta until tender Chargrill the red pepper (in halves on the BBQ) Boil the sugar snaps for just 2 mins and steam the broccoli until it has softened slightly. You still want it to have bite though! Once the chicken is cooked through, slice into strips Slice the chargrilled pepper into similar size strips Drain the pasta, keeping a little of the cooking liquid, and stir in the Sacla' Pesto. Add the chicken, peppers, broccoli and sugarsnap peas, mix well, and enjoy with a crisp green side salad. YUM!
