4 chicken breasts
A jar of Sacla' Peperonata Antipasti (Waitrose or the Sacla' online shop)
A few beef tomatoes
Mozzarella cheese
Parma ham
Sea salt
Black pepper
Take the chicken breasts and slice them through the middle and part so that you can stuff them
Take the delicious Sacla' Peperonata Antipasti and spoon into the chicken breasts
Wrap each chicken in strips of parma ham and then rub with a little sea salt and season with some cracked black pepper
Wrap the chicken in tin foil and cook on the BBQ
When thoroughly cooked remove from the tin foil and serve with towers of beef tomatoes alternated with slices of creamy mozzarella cheese
